All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a week. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If an item is backordered thus incurring a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Environmental Technologies Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Environmental Technologies Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Environmental Technologies Inc. will be happy to offer you credit towards your next purchase.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your return after inspecting it and will immediately apply the credit towards your next purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
